Let Sylvia shower you with the vibrations of a Tibetan Singing Bowl and Gong Bath. You will be placed restorative yoga positions and sequences to align the chakras. No experience required, wear comfortable clothing.
Sylvia Durga Nofsinger is an Advanced Integral Yoga hatha teacher, hormone yoga therapist, Thai yoga therapist, shamanic reiki practitioner. Sylvia teaches at the Integral Yoga Center Richmond and operates Lotus Pilates & Thai Yoga Studio in two locations at Aquarian Crystal Gallery and in Yogaville, VA.
