In this all day workshop you will learn:
– Foundational techniques to take your practice to the next level (or get started)
– Various meditation practices including mindfulness, creative visualization, chakra balancing, and pranayama
– 5 keys that can unlock the door to going deeper faster
– Simple techniques to bring the mind back to center and reduce stress and anxiety
