You may already be setting the intent for spring cleaning the house, getting at the dust and cobwebs in those hard to reach areas. But what about the congested energy and debris that settled in our chakras (energy system) and body over the past year? This session will focus on using meditations and shared techniques that help utilize the energy of the spring equinox to assist with energetic cleansing, bring balance, rejuvenation and bring forth the ‘new’ through the chakras.
