Sometimes you don’t know how long you need for your reading, and that’s okay. We aren’t able to make a reading longer once it’s started, but you can book an additional reading if you need more time.

While we recommend each person getting their own reading, there are times when multiple people might need answers about the same topic. Our pricing is per person, and we can’t split a reading time between two people for different subjects.

Every reading is a snapshot of the current circumstances surrounding a person and their potential actions. You are welcome to ask about yourself, your relationships, future endeavors and obstacles, and your best path forward.

We get it; sometimes, there is a lack of connection between you and your reader. If you feel that is the case, please tell your reader immediately that you would like to end the session and contact the shop for a refund. Our readers are professionals; you will not hurt their feelings if you cut your reading short.

We cannot refund completed readings, but we may be able to offer you a complementary reading with someone better suited to your needs.

Our readers are seasoned veterans of both in person and distance readings. They can confidently tap into your current energy whether you’re the next chair over or multiple time zones away.

However, your comfort level with your reading will affect the outcome, so we recommend scheduling the type of service that makes you feel certain your reader is connected and sharing your wavelength.

You must be a legal adult to schedule a reading. Minors can get a reading with the presence of a parent or guardian.

Sometimes you forget a detail of your reading or want to give your reader a quick update on a situation they helped you with. If you’d like to get a message to a reader, the best way is to contact the shop and we will pass it along. We do not give out reader details such as phone numbers or social media handles.

Our readers go through a vigorous vetting process before reading for the store. For tarot readers, there is a written test administered. For all modalities, the prospective candidate is evaluated through brief sample readings by the store owner and staff. Readers without an extensive work history in the field, such as those starting on their journey, give a number of volunteer readings for customer evaluation before joining our staff.
