Laughter yoga is a unique exercise routine that combines unconditional laughter with yogic breathing (Pranayama). It was developed by Dr. Madan Kataria, a physician from India, and has spread to over 100 countries. The concept is based on the scientific fact that the body cannot differentiate between fake and real laughter—if done with willingness, the benefits are the same. Laughter yoga sessions typically start with warm-up exercises, followed by laughter exercises that combine playful activities with breathing exercises.

Join us for this magical evening event aimed at bringing deep relaxation and rejuvenation to the body, mind and spirit of the participants gathered. The event will start off with a description of the origins/history of Reiki and what Holy Fire III Reiki energy is. Participants will be gently led through the “Ocean of Holy Love” guided meditation experience. While each participant is journeying their own individual experience, the group will be immersed into the reiki infused sound bath which will include live reiki drumming, recorded reiki chants, gong, and koshi chimes. Following the sound bath portion of the event, there will be a chance for those that desire to share their experience with the group if time permits. We hope that you will join us and relax into this love infused space prepared specifically for you and the de-stressing of your day.

This beginner-friendly painting class is for all skill levels; led by naturalist, illustrator, and illuminator Cheryn Rapp. In this class we will practice painting techniques to illustrate your own modern lapidary, grimoire, or spell book with crystals and stones! We will explore technical uses of crystals, stones, and metals through history with other creative folx. Everyone will be able to take home their own miniature illustrated book of crystals!
