Integrate yoga practices with crystal healing for healthy boundaries. Open your heart while standing your ground. Learn to receive love, realign your chakras, protect your your aura and raise your vibration. This workshop will offer sound healing, yoga postures, guided meditation and you will create your own protective crystal yantra.
7-9pm. $30 pre-registered, $35 at the door. Cost of the workshop includes a basic crystal yantra pattern (the Yantra is a yogic symbol of protection), and up to ten $0.99 stones.
